Return Policy
All sales are final. For items damaged in transit, we accept returns and will replace damaged items.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us with pictures of the damaged items within 7 days of receiving your package at contact@earglo.com. We will provide you with a return label and will replace the damaged item, if a replacement is available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Earglo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Earglo will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
However, in the event your package is lost or stolen please do not hesitate to reach out at contact@earglo.com. We are a customer based business and will do what we can to give our customers the best shopping experience.
